MPC-2130 Phase I clinical study is designed to evaluate its safety and pharmacokinetic profile in patients with advanced metastatic tumors or blood cancers as well as refractory cancers that have progressed despite previous chemotherapy. The Phase 1 clinical study will be performed at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
