COLARIS assesses a persons risk of developing colorectal and a woman's risk of developing uterine cancer. COLARIS detects disease-causing mutations in three genes, MLH1, MSH2, and MSH6, which are responsible for the majority of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer.
