John T. Henderson, M.D.
Chairman of the Board
John T. Henderson, M.D. was elected as Chairman of the Board in April 2005. He
previously served as a Director of the Company effective May 2004. Dr.
Henderson was with Pfizer for over 25 years, most recently as a Vice President
in the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Group. Dr. Henderson previously held Vice
Presidential level positions with Pfizer in Research and Development in Europe
and later in Japan. He was also Vice President, Medical for Europe, U.S. and
International Pharmaceuticals group. Dr. Henderson earned his bachelor's and
medical degree from the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the Royal
College of Physicians (Ed.). |

Walter Gilbert,

Director
Vice Chairman of the Board
Managing Director, BioVentures Investors
Walter Gilbert, Ph.D., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, joined the
Company as a founding scientist in March 1992. Dr. Gilbert won the Nobel Prize
in Chemistry in 1980 for his contributions to the development of DNA sequencing
technology. He was a founder of Biogen, Inc. and its Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer from 1981 to 1985, as well as the Carl M. Loeb
University Professor at Harvard University. He is presently a Managing Director
of BioVentures Investors. |

Meldrum

Peter D. Meldrum has been a Director of the Company since its inception in May
1991 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since
November 1991. Prior to joining the Company he was President and Chief
Executive Officer of Founders Fund, Inc., a venture capital group specializing
in the biotechnology industry. He received a D.Sc. (Honorary) from Westminster
College in 2004, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Utah in 1974 and a
B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah in
1970. |

Gerald P. Belle
Director Former President and CEO, North American Pharmaceuticals, Aventis, Inc.
Mr. Belle was previously President and CEO, North American Pharmaceuticals,
Aventis, Inc., until his retirement from the Company in 2004, after more than
35 years of service, the majority of which was in executive commercial and
general management positions in Asia, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Canada.
Following retirement from Aventis, he was appointed Executive Chairman of
Merial, Ltd., a global leader in animal health and a joint venture between
Merck and sanofi-aventis.

Robert S. Attiyeh
Director Former CFO and Senior Vice President of Amgen,
Inc.
Robert S. Attiyeh joined the Company in December 2003. Mr. Attiyeh served
Amgen as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance and
Corporate Development from 1994 to 1998. Prior to joining Amgen, he was a
director of McKinsey and Company, a management-consulting firm, from 1967 to
1994. He served as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco
from 1987 through 1992, and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank's Audit
Review Committee from 1988 through 1992. He received his MBA from Harvard
University in 1961 and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from
Cornell University. |

Dennis Langer, M.D., J.D. is a Director of the Company as of May 2004. He was
previously Senior Vice President in Research and Development at GlaxoSmithKline
and has a broad base of experience in innovative R&D companies such as Eli
Lilly, Abbott and GD Searle. He is also a Clinical Professor at the Department
of Psychiatry, Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Langer has earned
a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School, an M.D. from Georgetown University
School of Medicine, and a B.A. in Biology from Columbia University. |

Mark H. Skolnick,

Chief Scientific Officer
Myriad Genetics, Inc.
Mark H. Skolnick, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer and a Director of the
Company since May 1991, is a scientific founder of the Company. Dr. Skolnick
and several colleagues were the first to conceive of using restriction fragment
length polymorphism technology as genetic markers, a breakthrough that
underpins the Human Genome Project. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from
Stanford University in 1975 and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University
of California at Berkeley in 1968. |

Director
Linda S. Wilson, Ph.D., a Director of the Company since 1999, was the
President of Radcliffe College from 1989 to 1999. Prior to Radcliffe, Dr.
Wilson was Vice President of Research for the University of Michigan, following
ten years with the University of Illinois as the Associate Vice Chancellor for
Research and Associate Dean of the Graduate College. Dr. Wilson received her
Doctoral degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. |

Mark C. Capone, Chief Operating Officer of Myriad Genetics Laboratories, joined
the company in October 2002. He was previously Senior Vice President of
Sales. Prior to joining Myriad, Mr. Capone served 17 years with Eli Lilly and
Company where he held positions as Product Development Manager, Manufacturing
Plant Manager, and Area Sales Director. Mr. Capone received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University graduating
with highest distinction, his Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his Master of Science in
Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Gregory C. Critchfield,

Gregory Critchfield, M.D., President of Myriad Genetic Laboratories, Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary, joined the Company in July 1998. Dr. Critchfield
previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Medical and Scientific
Officer of Quest Diagnostics (formerly Corning Clinical Laboratories). Dr.
Critchfield received his M.D. from the University of Utah and his M.S. in
Biophysical Sciences from the University of Minnesota. He is Board Certified in
Clinical Pathology. |

James S. Evans, Chief Financial Officer, joined Myriad in 1995. Mr. Evans served
as Myriad's Corporate Controller from 1995 until July 2005 when he was named
Vice President, Finance, a position he held until November 2007 when he was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Evans began his career in the Audit/Attestation
division of the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP where he held
several positions. He worked as the Controller for Genmark, Inc. and Shaperite
Concepts, Ltd. prior to joining Myriad. Mr. Evans received a Bachelor of
Science and Master of Accounting degrees from Brigham Young University in 1987
and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Utah. |

Robert G. Harrison, Chief Information Officer, joined Myriad in 1996. Mr. Harrison served as Myriad's Network Administrator from 1996 to 2000. He was then named Director of Information Systems and Technology from 2000 until January 2005. He was then named Vice President of Information Systems and Technology, a position he held until January 2008 when he was named Chief Information Officer. Mr. Harrison began his career in IT working for several private companies and consulting firms where he held several positions in technical support, sales and management capacities. Mr. Harrison received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Utah in 1994. |

previously at Glaxo Wellcome where, over a period of 17 years, he ran a number
of departments within the drug discovery area. Dr. Hobden obtained a BA in 1975
from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. from Leicester University in
1978. |

William A. Hockett, III, Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, joined
the Company in September 1993, serving as Vice President of Marketing for
Myriad Genetic Laboratories prior to assuming the head communications position.
Over 19 years in the medical diagnostics industry, in research, sales and
marketing roles, Mr. Hockett managed a diverse range of immunological products
and services. Mr. Hockett received his B.A. in Biochemistry from the University
of California, Santa Cruz. |

Jerry Lanchbury, Ph.D., Executive Vice President of Research and Development
joined Myriad in January 2003. Dr. Lanchbury graduated from the University of
Aston, Birmingham, UK. He earned his doctorate in population genetics from the
University of Newcastle upon Tyne and subsequently completed his postdoctoral
fellowship at the United Medical & Dental Schools of the University of
London in Human Disease Genetics. Dr. Lanchbury is a highly respected expert in
immunogenetics with more than 100 reviewed research journal
publications. |

Wayne Laslie

Wayne Laslie, Chief Operating Officer of Myriad Pharmaceuticals, joined the Company in October 2004. Mr. Laslie was previously
with Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. (OAPI), where he served as Executive
Vice President for Sales and Marketing in the United States. Mr. Laslie has
also served as a senior sales and marketing executive with Aventis (formerly
Hoechst Marion Roussel) and held several positions with Pfizer, including
Product Manager. Mr. Laslie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology
from Georgia State University and earned his Master of Science in Microbiology
from the University of Georgia. |

Richard Marsh, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary joined Myriad in
November 2002. Prior to joining Myriad, Mr. Marsh served in various positions
at Iomega Corporation including Acting General Counsel, Director of IP and
Director of Commercial Legal Affairs. Richard received a Masters of Laws degree
in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center; a law degree from Thomas M.
Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude; and an undergraduate degree in
Accounting from Brigham Young University; and is a Certified Public
Accountant. |
